Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run camp, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you submit a registration, scholarship application, sponsorship pledge or contact message, we receive the information you enter, such as names, contact details, mailing address, the camper’s birthdate, T-shirt size, dietary needs, authorized medications, and your consent choices.
Camper information is provided by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian complete forms on your behalf.
How we use it
- To confirm registrations, plan meals, lodging, T-shirts and instruction, and to keep campers safe.
- To review scholarship applications and recognize sponsors as requested.
- To reply to your questions and send camp-related updates.
Camp photos and recordings are used only as described in the photography release on the registration form, and only when a parent or guardian has accepted it.
How it’s stored
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are accessible only to camp directors through a password-protected admin page. We keep records as long as needed for camp administration and then delete them.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with camp staff who need it, or when required by law.

You may ask us to view, correct or delete your information at any time. Contact Judy James at judyjames908@gmail.com or 817-929-1853.
